Simile

What did we feel within our hearts
when we found that we are like the wind
which dances in the trees
with silent sound
with gentle touch
with slight chill
with movement that weaves through the Earth
in whose existance there is no knowledge

  2. I love the feeling that you capture in this poem. The "silent sound" and "slight chill" really describe what people might feel toward each other in a relationship (like i presume this is about). The comparison of a relationship to the wind is perfect. Like the wind, relationships float on and go with the flow, but there also is that silence and slight chill that contribute to the things in a relationship that you have to work to live with. Beautifully written (: -Nikai
